Q How is the X4000 different to other products?
A The X4000 is the only product that it works in concert with your body. It is unique in a number of ways, because unlike TENS, TSE, Electroacupuncture, Electric shock and other similar methods it does not ‘block’ pain signals to the brain via pain gateways. The problem with blocking the pain gateways is that once you stop using the machine which blocks the pain then you are back to where you started i.e. In Pain!

Q Are there any side effects?
A There are no reported side effects with the X4000, however, you should cease use immediately if you experience any problems.
Do not use directly on the eyes, or over the carotid sinus (upper side of neck, below the ear and behind the jaw).
Should not be used by epileptics unless under medical advice and supervision.
Special attention must be paid to patients with hypotension (low blood pressure) or severe hypertension (high blood pressure) as in rare cases blood pressure decreases may occur, causing short lived vertigo or fainting.
The X4000 device is not advised for patients with implanted cardiac pacemakers (particularly demand-type pacemakers) and should not be used with defibrillators.
X4000 is not recommended for use by patients with known heart disease without a doctor’s knowledge.
Do not allow children to use or handle the device.
Avoid operating machinery and driving either during, or after treatment for at least one hour.
Safety of pulsed bioelectromagnetic feedback inductor wave therapy has not been fully established during pregnancy and it is advisable for expectant mothers not to use the device without first checking with their gynaecologist or GP.
Q How often can I use the X4000?
A The X4000 is set to run in 7 minute cycles. You can use it continuously for 4 cycles (28 minutes) after which you must take a break of a least 30 minutes. It is recommended to use the X4000 for 3 or 4 cycles in the morning, at luchtime and in the evening.
Q What if I am taking other medication?

Q What happens when I stop using the X4000?
A The X4000 is designed to have a cumulative effect. That is to say that the level of pain is reduced more each time the product is used. It works in concert with the body and helps the cells to regenerate and heal themselves. If your level of pain returns after not using the PainWave for some time then simply resume use to benefit from the product once more.
Q Can I specify a different delivery address?
A Yes you can. This is done at the point of ordering. You can send the order to any address of your choosing, whether that is your work address, a neighbour or you are buying the X4000 as a gift for someone else.
Q What are your delivery times?
A If you order before 3pm Monday to Friday then your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will arrive the next working day. If you order after 3pm or on the weekend then your order will be sent on the next business day and will arrive the following day. You will need to sign for the delivery when it arrives.
