We have eliminated the risk in buying the Painwave X4000. Try it for 30 days and return it if you are not 100% happy. We will refund the full amount that you have paid (details below). That is how confident we are in the efficacy of the X4000.

If you are not completely satisfied you may return the X4000 within 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund of the purchase price (including postage costs). This does not affect your statutory rights.

What you need to do:

• The product and the charger must be returned in its original packaging (undamaged) complete with all the original literature.
• Send the product back with a covering note together with your name and address and original order details along with ALL the original packaging and literature to:

• The items must be returned within 30 days of receipt by you. It is strongly advised that you send the item using a recorded-delivery service.
  
  

Limited Product Warranty

Pulse Medical Technologies Ltd warrants to the original purchaser (and no one else) that each new Painwave X4000 is free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the period of 12 months from original purchase.

During the warranty period, Pulse Medical Technologies Ltd's sole obligation shall be, at Pulse Medical Technologies Ltd's opinion, to replace or repair the Painwave X4000 without charge. In order to recover under this warranty, purchaser must first contact the Approved Distributor they purchased the unit from by phone, mail or fax for a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).

Purchaser must have an original copy of the invoice to prove that the product is still covered by warranty. The unit (together with RAN) may then be shipped to Painwave, safely packaged with carriage and insurance prepaid. Pulse Medical Technologies Ltd will not be responsible for damage due to improper packaging or carriage. If Pulse Medical Technologies Ltd determines in its sole discretion that the product does not contain defective workmanship or materials, Pulse Medical Technologies Ltd will return the product and charge for carriage and insurance.

This warranty is voided immediately if the product has been subjected to abuse, accidental damage, damage in transit, negligence, or damage resulting from failure to follow operating instructions, or alteration/disassembly by anyone other than PainWave™.In no event shall Pulse Medical Technologies Ltd liability under any cause of action relating to the product exceed the purchase of the product.

While in the opinion of Pulse Medical Technologies Ltd, the Painwave X4000 medical device is generally effective in relieving pain, health care is not an exact science and individual results will vary, accordingly, Pulse Medical Technologies Ltd makes no warranties to the effectiveness of this product.
